Education

She is a graduate of Universidad Anáhuac México and holds a Master's Degree in Business Law and a Specialization in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from Universidad Panamericana, training that has allowed her to build a solid legal practice in both the corporate arena and dispute resolution.

Career

Her professional career combines experience at an international firm, a global company and a boutique firm, allowing her to build a well-rounded, multidisciplinary profile.

She began her professional career at Baker McKenzie, where she was part of the litigation practice, working on complex matters and international commercial arbitrations. Her involvement in these proceedings also inspired her thesis on due process in international commercial arbitration.

She later served as Legal Lead at Aleatica, a global infrastructure company, where she gained experience from a corporate perspective in managing legal risk and strategic matters. She currently practices at Ocampo 1890, working on corporate advisory and litigation matters.

Approach

This combination of experiences allows her to analyze legal matters with a strategic vision that integrates legal analysis with business reality, understanding how legal risks affect operations, financial stability and decision-making within organizations. From this perspective, she supports companies in preventing contingencies and in handling complex matters through solid legal strategies and practical solutions.

Distinctive Note

Before and during her university years, she was a national chess champion and represented her university at the World University Chess Championship, a discipline that helped develop the analytical and strategic thinking she applies today in her legal practice.
